Row-level Role: Users with assigned roles in the Drivatic Power BI Platform will have access to your reports and dashboards. Roles include ability to edit or create a new report and analyse in Excel.

Row-level user: Only specific users have access to your reports and dashboards

Now you have the option to print all your reports and dashboards. You have the course of action to: 

. Save your report in PDF format. 

. Print all the pages or only custom pages. 

. Print in portrait or landscape. 

. Choose the paper size, pages per sheet, margins, and scale.

How does it work?
Power Bi platform Potchefstroom

The platform is made out of three types of Users:

The Developer:
This user will hold the Power BI Pro license, and will publish reports to the workspace.  

Will have full access to power bi service and will be able to do schedule refreshes etc (full Power BI Pro functionalities). 

The Admin User:
Full Access to the Drivatic Power BI Platform.  

Will be able to add users, remove users, give users access to certain reports/dashboards and decide which users will have which roles (edit reports, create new reports, analyse in excel etc).  

Access to user/report visit logs.

The End User:
Access to the reports, depending which roles were allocated by the admin user
